A Saudi court has sentenced a Pakistani man to three years in prison and fined him 10,000 riyals for chanting slogans at a mosque in the holy city of Madinah.
The incident took place at Masjid-e-Nabawi in late April this year when the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif and his delegation were visiting Saudi Arabia after coming to power. Thieves chanted slogans and abused two ministers.
According to the details, the convicted Muhammad Tahir was accused of uploading a video of insults and chaos from the Pakistani delegation in the mosque on the social media app Tik Tak, which later went viral. No other details have been released regarding his identity.
Punishment for making a video viral
A court in Madinah has sentenced Muhammad Tahir to three years imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 riyals.
In the judgment, the three judges jointly referred to the crime and said that the accused had viralized the video of the shaking in Masjid-e-Nabawi and the crime has been proved in the light of witnesses and evidence.
According to reports, Muhammad Tahir can file an appeal against this decision within 30 days.

Reacting to this while talking to private News channel, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi said that Saudi Arabia decided according to its own rules which is its responsibility. He says it is the responsibility of every Muslim to take care of the sanctity of the two holy shrines.
According to current reporters in Jeddah, Saudi police have made a large number of arrests since the incident, most of which were released after a preliminary investigation, while five Pakistanis were arrested for lack of evidence against witnesses. Is being prosecuted.
After the conviction of one of the five arrested Pakistanis, the court of Madinah has given its verdict while the case against the other four is still pending. According to local journalists, the convicted Pakistani was not convicted for making a fuss inside the Masjid Nabavi but for making a video of the noisy liquor and making it viral.
So far, the identities of Pakistanis arrested in the incident have not been revealed. According to journalists in Jeddah, the Saudi police have taken the incident very seriously. There are five arrests in it but it is still under investigation and more arrests are expected after the investigation.
It should be noted that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had visited Saudi Arabia at the end of April. During the visit, two members of his delegation, Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb and Minister for Narcotics Shah Zain Bugti, allegedly chanted slogans during a visit to Masjid-e-Nabawi by PTI supporters, the video of which went viral. It was condemned abroad. Several PTI leaders had expressed dissatisfaction with the protest.
A case was also registered in Pakistan over the incident. Police in Faisalabad, Punjab, have registered a case against the party's central leaders, including former prime minister and PTI chairman Imran Khan, for blasphemy.

Rana Sanaullah had said in his message on Twitter that "Pakistan will request the Saudi Foreign Ministry to take action on the incident that took place in Medina." Identify them and deport them.
