On the morning of Thursday, June 9, Amir Liaquat Hussain was found dead in his room. Born on July 5, 1971, Amir Liaquat was living in Khaddad Dad Colony area of ​​Karachi.

He was rushed to a private hospital in Karachi where doctors confirmed that Amir Liaqat had died.

Statement of employees and rescue workers

According to the house staff, Amir Liaqat had fallen ill last night and was suffering from heart ailment. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance where his family members were also present.

Rescue sources said that when they entered the house of Amir Liaqat on information, a driver was inside while the generator was also running. Amir Liaqat was in his bed but was not conscious.

The rescue team rushed him to private Hospital where his death was confirmed.

According to SSP District East Sardar Abdul Rahim Shirazi, Amir Liaqat's driver had called the rescue team (hidden) and told him that he was not conscious. The rescue team immediately reached home and shifted him to Aga Khan University Hospital where doctors He was pronounced dead.

Abdul Rahim Shirazi said that no signs of torture were seen on the body of Amir Liaqat. Police shifted his body to Jinnah Hospital to find out the cause of death.

He said that the team of crime scene unit has reached Aamir's house to gather evidence.

According to police, the dead body will be shifted to Civil Hospital or Jinnah Hospital for autopsy and then handed over to his heirs.

Amir Liaquat was facing serious problems in his private life. Recently, he was facing severe criticism on social media after his third wife Dania claimed khula. The National Assembly member had announced to leave the country. 

According to police, alcohol and cocaine were recovered from Amir Liaquat's room. A three-member committee headed by Dr Samia Syed, a police surgeon, conducted an autopsy on Dr Aamir Liaquat and set up a two-member medical legal team.

Statement of Amir Liaqat's cousins

Amir Liaqat's cousin told private channel that Amir Liaqat died due to generator smoke.

"Everybody's private life is with him," he said.

He also said that Aamir Liaquat had withdrawn from the party due to depression.

Refusal to perform autopsy on daughter

Amir Liaquat's daughter and his first ex-wife Jinnah reached the hospital and asked not to conduct an autopsy on Amir Liaquat.

Later, the body of Amir Liaqat was taken to Khaki Shara Faisal and taken to the morgue of social organization Chipa Foundation.
