Two policemen were martyred in an explosive device attack in Khar area of Bajaur.
According to DPO Abdul Samad Khan, a remote controlled bomb was detonated near Raghagan Dam in Khar Tehsil of Bajaur. As a result, two security personnel were martyred.
The bodies of the martyrs have been shifted to Tehsil Khar Hospital.
A search operation has been launched in the area after the attack, but no group has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to DPO Abdul Samad Khan, investigation into the incident has been started and the accused will be arrested soon.
It should be noted that the blast took place at a time when talks have started between the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and the government, while the TTP has also announced a one-month ceasefire from November 9 to December 9. Has been done, which will be further expanded with the consent of the parties.
