''The chairmanship of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers has been handed over to Pakistan for one year''

Pakistan has become the chairman of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers for one year. The chairmanship of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers has been handed over to Pakistan for one year. 

According to details, the 48th OIC Foreign Ministers' Meeting has officially started in Islamabad. 

The Holy Quran was recited at the beginning of the meeting, after which the chairmanship of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers was handed over to Pakistan for one year. Niger's Foreign Minister handed over the chairmanship of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers to Pakistan.

It was informed that the meeting was attended by Foreign Ministers of different countries, OIC Secretary General and delegations, Chinese Foreign Minister is attending the meeting as a special guest, where Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan will address the opening session of the meeting. 

On this occasion, the Foreign Minister of Niger said in his address that the OIC was founded decades ago, welcomes everyone to the 48th Summit of the OIC, the purpose of the OIC is to promote stability in all countries. Congratulations on being held in Pakistan.

It is learned that Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud is participating in the conference, Chinese State Councilor, Foreign Minister Wang Yi is also present in the meeting. 

Foreign Ministers of Kuwait, Tunisia and Bangladesh are also present in the conference. 

Also in attendance are Guyana's finance minister and his delegation, the Iraqi deputy prime minister, the president of the Islamic Development Bank, and the secretary general of the OIC.
