Dadu Model Court rules on interim bail in triple murder case, rejects bail of main accused Ali Gohar Chandio and Burhan Chandio
Fighting the legal battle for justice for the blood of father, uncle and grandfather, Umme Rubab won her first victory. At today's hearing, petitioner Umme Rubab Chandio appeared in court along with her lawyers.
Sardar Chandio also appeared in the Model Court but the named accused Burhan Chandio did not appear.
Dadu's Model Court ruled on interim bail in the triple murder case and rejected the bail of main accused Ali Gohar Chandio and Burhan Chandio. MPA Sardar Chandio's bail has been granted.
On the interim verdict, Umme Rubab Chandio said that along with the victory of court and justice, we have also won. We are hopeful that he will be handcuffed.
He said that when the bail of Burhan Chandio was rejected, he ran away. I will appeal to the police to send and arrest him. The court has ordered to arrest him. The case was heard in Dadu's Criminal Model Trial Court. The trial court judge Nadeem Babar delivered a safe verdict.
According to sources, a large number of supporters of Assembly members Sardar Chandio and Burhan Chandio were present in the court premises during the appearance in the court. A heavy contingent of police and Rangers were deployed around the court.
He said that the decision of the court is acceptable and they will appeal against the decision in the High Court. Umme Rubab claims that his father, grandfather and uncle were assassinated by members of the provincial assembly belonging to the Pakistan People's Party.
