The ICC Under-19 World Cup 2022 starts tomorrow
The ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup kicks off on Friday, January 14.
The final match of the 16-team event in the Caribbean islands will be played on February 5 next month.
Two matches will be played on the opening day of the Under-19 World Cup. The first match will be hosted by West Indies and Australia while the second match will be between Scotland and Sri Lanka.
Pakistan will play its first match on January 17 against Zimbabwe, the second on January 20 against Afghanistan and the third on January 22 against Papua New Guinea.
The 16 teams participating in the event are divided into 4 groups.
Group A:
Bangladesh, Canada, England, UAE
Group B:
South Africa, India, Ireland, Uganda
Group C:
Pakistan, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Papua New Guinea
Group D:
Scotland, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Australia
