Karachi: The opening batsman of the national team Muhammad Rizwan left behind the big players including Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli.
Pakistan cricket team wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan continues to be in great form in T20 cricket, after showing excellent batting in the National T20 Cup and Pakistan Super League, Mohammad Rizwan during the ongoing T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates. Rizwan's call was not silenced.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan scored 1666 runs this year, setting a record for the most runs scored by any player in a T20 International this year. He did this during the match against Scotland.

Second on the list is Indian captain Virat Kohli, who scored 1614 runs in 2016, while Babar Azam scored 1607 runs in 2019 and AB de Villiers scored 1580 runs in 2019 alone.
Earlier, Mohammad Rizwan had also set the record for the highest T20I run-scoring batsman in a single year, as well as the national player who scored the most runs.
Mohammad Rizwan has not only made it into the top ten batsmen in the ICC T20 rankings this year, but he is currently in fourth position behind Babar Azam, David Milan and Aaron Finch.
