Those who submit income tax returns face problems on the online portal
Due to problems in the FBR system, the citizens are facing difficulties due to the lack of regular work on the online portal for filing income tax returns.
The last date for submission of tax returns is almost September 30 and the preparation of tax challan was suspended all day yesterday. The lack of uninterrupted work on the portal has made it difficult for people to submit data on time.
In this regard, the FBR spokesman said that the IT system is working as usual.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Tax Bar Association has demanded an extension in the date for submission of annual tax returns.
