PML-N bans mobile phones at party meetings
The Noon League party has banned the bringing of mobile phones to prevent the spread of news of differences at the meeting. On the instructions of the party leader, only the party will announce the organizational meeting.
Earlier in the last meeting, PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz had also barred the participants from questioning the differences in the party leadership.

Maryam Nawaz had said that differences were hurting the party and there should be no more ambiguity. The third group in the PML-N is pressuring the party leader and the president for a clear policy.
It may be recalled that even during the Azad Kashmir election campaign, there were differences in the PML-N's statement.

PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif did not want to be part of the hardline resistance and insisted on a statement of reconciliation. Shahbaz Sharif thinks that the statement made by Maryam Nawaz, Pervez Rashid, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi can be detrimental to the party. Shahbaz Sharif did not even tweet about the election campaign.
