The first Friday after Taliban control took place in the Afghan capital, Kabul, in which mosque imams were instructed to urge citizens not to leave the country.


According to a report by a foreign news agency, the Taliban sent messages to preachers in Kabul expecting imams of mosques to work to promote Islamic order and unity in all provinces of the country and Kabul.


The Taliban's message called on preachers to encourage citizens to take part in the development of the country and the nation, as well as to prevent them from fleeing the country.


The Taliban has said that the imams should urge the citizens not to listen to the negative propaganda of the enemy.


 On the other hand, Taliban officials have also allowed Taliban fighters to offer Friday prayers in mosques with civilians.
