The ISPR said the meeting discussed the geo-strategic environment, the situation in Afghanistan and reiterated the Saudi military leadership's full support for Pakistan's efforts for peace in the region in the face of changing regional security.
The ISPR also said that the Saudi general acknowledged the achievements of the Pakistan Army in the war on terror and praised the role of the Pakistan Army in bringing peace and stability to the region.
The ISPR further said that the Saudi Chief of General Staff thanked the Pakistan Army for its cooperation in training the Saudi Armed Forces.
