The request of the investigating officer to get Dua Zahra, who was allegedly abducted from Karachi, the capital of Sindh province, for medical treatment was rejected.
According to the details, the Dua Zahra case was heard in the City Court of Karachi, during which the investigating officer of the case appeared in the court and requested the girl to undergo a medical examination, which was rejected by the court.
It has been reported that during the hearing, the investigating officer sought time from the court to submit the supplementary challan of the case, on which the court ordered the investigating officer to submit the supplementary challan, giving time till August 6.
On the other hand, regarding why Dua Zahra was transferred to Karachi Darul Aman, lawyer Gibran Nasir said that I had requested the court that if the girl should be kept in Darul Aman, then why not transfer her to Karachi, regarding bringing the girl to Karachi.
