Hajar-e-Aswad

Hajar means stone and Aswad means black, Hajar -e- Aswad is the black stone that is installed in the southeast wall of Kaaba. According to the hadith of Tirmidhi, Hajar-e- Aswad is a ruby stone of Paradise, whose light was removed by Allah and sent down to the world. At the time this stone was removed, it was as white as milk.

Hateem

Hateem

Hateem or Hajar Ismail Khana Kaaba on a semi-circular wall on the north side of the Kaaba. Hateem is not adjacent to the Kaaba, but the consensus of the scholars is that the reward of performing Nawafil at this place is the same as that of worshiping inside the Kaaba.

According to Dr. Al Sudis, the decision to remove the barriers has been taken so that pilgrims can perform these rituals and prayers in a safe and comfortable environment.
