Money Laundering Case, Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz Summoned on September 7. The Special Central Court of Lahore has summoned Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz Sharif for the next hearing of the money laundering case.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz submitted a one-day attendance waiver application to the court.
In the application, the position was adopted that Shehbaz Sharif cannot appear in court due to official engagements, while Hamza Shehbaz will not appear in court due to back pain.
In the petition, the court was requested to grant the plea of pardon of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz from one day's attendance.
The court adjourned the hearing of the money laundering case against Hamza Shehbaz and Shehbaz Sharif and others till September 7. Earlier, Lahore.
In the case of money laundering of 25 billion rupees of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and others in the Central Court of FIA, the FIA collected the details of the properties of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's advertising son.
Details of Salman Shehbaz's properties will be submitted by FIA officials. After the completion of the advertisement process of Salman Shahbaz, the court asked for the details of the property.
After receiving the details of the properties of Salman Shahbaz, the court will seize the property. The death certificate will be submitted to the court on behalf of the FIA authorities.
On the last hearing, the court had ordered action against the FIA officer for not presenting the death certificate to the investigating officer.
The judge of Court Central had declared Shehbaz Sharif's son Sulaiman Shahbaz and the accused Tahir Naqvi as admirals.
