Explosion at Sikh Gurdwara in Kabul, There were about 30 people inside the gurdwara
One person was killed and two others were injured in an explosion at a gurdwara in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
According to British media, more than 30 Sikhs had gathered for worship at the Kabul Gurdwara on Saturday morning.
According to Afghan media, the sound of the blast was heard far away and smoke was seen rising from the gurdwara after the blast. The casualties in the blast could not be confirmed at the official level.
On the other hand, Indian media say that a grenade attack was carried out on the Gurdwara after which firing also took place. One person was killed and two others were injured in the incident.
According to Indian media, the person killed in the attack was a security guard of the gurdwara.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center, but it was not immediately clear if there were any casualties.
Garnam Singh, a local official at the scene, told Reuters there were about 30 people inside the gurdwara at the time of the blast.
He said, ''We do not know how many of them are alive or dead.''
''The Taliban are not allowing us in. We do not know what to do,'' Mr Singh added.
Local broadcaster Tolo has broadcast footage of the scene, which shows dark clouds of smoke rising from the area.
The building is the last Sikh shrine in the capital, and Sikh community leaders have recently estimated that there are now only 140 Sikhs left in Muslim-majority Afghanistan, up from 100,000 in the 1970s.
Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Arundham Bagchi said in a statement that India was "deeply concerned" about the attack on the gurdwara. We are deeply concerned at the reports emanating from Kabul about an attack on a sacred Gurudwara in that city.

This is the latest attack in the country since Taliban militants took control of Afghanistan last year.
In April, a bomb attack on a Shia Muslim mosque in Mazar-e-Sharif by the Sunni Muslim militant group Daulat-e-Islamia (IS) killed 31 people and injured 87.
In December, more than 20 people were killed and 16 wounded in an Islamic State attack on a military hospital in Kabul.
A spokesman for the Afghan Interior Ministry said the gurdwara may have been attacked by a car bomb.
