Evidence and prosecution witnesses have been summoned on June 20. Accused in government interference case will appear in court on June 29.

Capt (retd) Safdar, son-in-law of PML-N's lifelong leader, former PM Nawaz Sharif and husband of Vice President Maryam Nawaz, has been indicted by a court in a mutiny case, according to private TV. 

The case was heard on charges of sedition and interference in government by PA and others. Capt (R) Safdar and League MPA Imran Khalid Butt appeared in the court of Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Azam Khan.

The court indicted Capt (retd) Safdar and PML-N MPA Imran Khalid in the mutiny case, and summoned witnesses and prosecution witnesses on June 20, while in the case of interference in government affairs, the accused were summoned on June 29.

 Has been summoned. The court has granted exemption to Capt (retd) Safdar and Federal Minister Khurram Dastgir from the next special session.

It should be noted that in 2020, a case was registered against PML-N leader and Maryam Nawaz's husband Capt (retd) Safdar in Satellite Town police station on the complaint of SHO.
