Leading scholars of the country have announced their support for former Prime Minister Imran Khan. According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was met by a delegation of scholars and representatives of different schools of thought.
The meeting was held in Islamabad. Besides, Maulana Gul Naseeb, Dr. Sabeel Ikram, Nasir Shirazi, Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk, Dr. Ehsan Danish, Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari and other religious scholars were also present in the meeting.
It was reported that during the meeting, Imran Khan informed the scholars about his views regarding the anti-government march, while religious and religious figures expressed concern over the collapse of the democratically elected government as a result of the conspiracy and the establishment of a judicial commission.
He also supported the demand for an open court inquiry into the matter.
It is learned that a resolution was also unanimously approved on this occasion, in which it was stated that Pakistan is an Islamic democratic state based on the word, the sole owner of sovereignty in the state of Pakistan is God, conspiracy.
There is deep concern over the overthrow of the democratically elected government.
The resolution said that Imran Khan has rendered services for the eradication of Islamophobia. Imran Khan, as the Prime Minister of Islam, worked tirelessly for the glory of Islam. And the establishment of Rehmat-ul-Ulameen Authority is a sign of Imran Khan's devotion.
The resolution presented by the scholars endorsed the declarations of both the meetings of the National Security Committee on the secret correspondence, as well as the formation of a judicial commission and the demand for an open inquiry.
