All schools in New Delhi were closed
In the Indian capital, New Delhi, educational institutions and construction sites have been closed due to toxic smog, while government employees have been instructed to work from home.

The construction department will remain closed for four days as per the directive issued by the authorities, which leads to increase in air pollution.
