The Supreme Court of Pakistan resumed hearing of the suo motu notice on the APS tragedy after a hiatus. During the hearing, Prime Minister Imran Khan appeared in the court.

The Prime Minister replied that he would answer whatever the court asked. On this occasion, the journalist also asked whether Khan Sahib would take steps to register a case against the former Army Chief and former DG ISI. You will file a case against former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar.
The prime minister remained silent on the journalist's question and left without giving any answer. However, Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry replied, "Don't call Nawaz Sharif."

The Prime Minister said that APS tragedy was painful, on the night of the tragedy we had called a party meeting. When the APS tragedy happened in 2014, our government was in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. During the hearing, the Chief Justice picked up the book of constitution and said that it is a book of constitution and guarantees security to the citizen.
The Prime Minister said that we had sacrificed 80,000 lives. Musharraf had opposed that America should not jump into the war.
The Prime Minister said that we will take action if the court orders. Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan said that the parents want action to be taken against the then high officials, it is necessary to reassure the parents. The Chief Justice said that what has the state done to bring justice to the parents of the children? Prime Minister Imran Khan replied that we were not at the center at that time. To which the Chief Justice said that now that you are in power, what did you do to bring the criminals to book? Justice Qazi Amin said that according to media reports, you are negotiating with the people who are being called guilty.
PM Imran Khan said that you give me a chance to speak, I will explain one by one. The Chief Justice said that we have nothing to do with your policy decisions. What orders have you given for the future? The Prime Minister further said on the rostrum that I believe in the rule of law, there is no sacred cow in the country. If the court orders, we will take action.
