Earlier, Bangladesh openers looked like a failure, with Mohammad Naeem scoring 9 off 36 balls and Lytton Das scoring 24 off 36 balls. While captain Mahmudullah Riaz scored 3 runs.
Representing the Bengal Tigers, Mehdi Hassan scored the most 27 runs.
