Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Gujranwala where he attended the inauguration ceremony of the Chinese-made tank VT4 in the Pakistan Army's Strike Corps.


According to the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), in his address to the ceremony, the Army Chief said that it was important to continuously develop traditional capabilities to maintain dominance over the enemy and prevent aggression.



The Army Chief said that the VT4 tank is another proof of Pak-China strategic and defense cooperation, adding that the inclusion of VT4 tank would enhance the military capabilities of our formations.


He said the rapidly changing aspects of the war required a high level of professionalism and rigorous training.
