PM visits ISI Secretariat, briefs on changes in the region
Prime Minister Imran Khan visited the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Secretariat.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, the Prime Minister was accompanied by the Chief Ministers of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The statement said that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chiefs of Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy were also present during the Prime Minister's visit.
According to the statement, Director General (DG) ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received the Prime Minister and others.
The statement said that the meeting briefed the top national and military leadership on national security and the changes taking place in the region in view of the current situation in Afghanistan.
The Prime Minister appreciated the professionalism of the ISI in addressing the challenges facing national security.
