Ships loaded with Green Line buses enter Pakistani territory
Karachi: A ship loaded with buses of Green Line project has entered Pakistani territory.
According to officials, the "Fan Shin" ship with 40 buses has entered Pakistani waters.
Officials say the second batch of 40 buses will arrive in Pakistan in the first week of October.
It may be recalled that a few days ago, Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar had announced that 40 green line buses would soon reach Pakistan.
The Green Line Bus project began in 2016 and was scheduled to be completed within a year, but work on the project is still ongoing.
Recently, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail had claimed the inauguration of the Green Line project in October.
