A full bench has been constituted to hear pending cases related to Musharraf, Zardari and Gillani
The Lahore High Court has constituted a full bench to hear pending cases involving former presidents Pervez Musharraf and Asif Ali Zardari and former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani.
A three-member full bench headed by Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti will hear the cases from September 20.
Other members of the full bench include Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed Khan and Justice Shujaat Ali Khan.
Rana Alam-ud-Din Ghazi Advocate has filed a petition against the emergency of former President Pervez Musharraf and two posts of former President Asif Ali Zardari while petitions regarding disqualification of former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani had filed Shahid Naseem and Allah Bakhsh Gondal advocates .
