Usman Bazdar suspended several officers on public complaints
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has suspended several officers during his visit to Sambarial and Sialkot for poor performance and public complaints.
During his visit to Sambarial and Sialkot, the Punjab Chief Minister reviewed the performance of employees in various government offices including hospitals and listened to the complaints of the people and issued orders on the spot.
The Chief Minister also suspended AC Sambarial, CO Municipal Corporation Sambarial, MSTHQ Hospital and ADLR Sambarial for incompetence, mismanagement, negligence and public complaints.
Also suspended are Excise and Taxation Officer Sialkot, Sub-Registrar Rural Sialkot, District Health Officer Sialkot, Exxon Irrigation Marala Sub-Division and CO Tehsil Council Sialkot.
Usman Bazdar also suspended Superintendent and Assistant Lady Superintendent Sialkot Jail, CO Tehsil Pasrur and Daska, DSP Daska and DSP Traffic Sialkot.
The Chief Minister said that he would review the administrative standards through surprise visits to all the districts and strict action would be taken against the shortcomings in service delivery.
