Six Palestinians, including a key commander of the Zionist resistance group, escaped from an Israeli prison.
A statement issued by the Zionist authorities said that six Palestinians had escaped from prison through a tunnel made underground.
According to Israeli officials, an alert was received for the presence of some suspects in Gabua prison around 3 am and it was later confirmed that 6 Palestinians, including former Al-Aqsa Brigade chief Zakaria Zubeidi, have managed to escape from the prison.
Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has described the escape of Palestinians from prison as a "shameful incident" while Zionist police and army have launched a search for the fugitives.
