No strangers in your family? Introducing the modern system of NADRA
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new system of verification and renewal of identity cards.
Under the new system, any Pakistani can now verify that no stranger or unrelated person is registered in his family.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had visited NADRA headquarters last week where NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik briefed him on the complete roadmap of Digital Pakistan.
Innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence will be used to make NADRA's database free from any kind of false entries and fake identity cards will be detected.
According to NADRA, citizens will be able to get details of their family members via SMS.
Identity card number and family information can be obtained on 8009 from the mobile number registered in NADRA.
