After the video clip went viral, director Mohammad Ehteshamuddin shared a social media post for Mahira Khan, making her proud.
Muhammad Ehteshamuddin wrote in his post that no matter what anyone says for you, I am proud of you and will always be.
In a message addressed to Mahira Khan, the filmmaker also lauded her hard work for the various roles she played.
The director also expressed many prayers and best wishes for Mahira Khan's return years later through a private TV project.
