When are the exams? A new date has been announced
It has been decided to start the Class XI examinations from August 12.
According to details, the date sheet for Class XI examinations under Lahore Board has been finalized.
According to the date sheet, the Class XI examinations will continue from August 12 to August 26.
On the other hand, a new policy for intermediate and matriculation examinations has been issued.
According to the policy, candidates will have to pass all the papers of the optional subjects while the marks obtained in the optional subjects will be counted as the marks of the compulsory subjects.
According to sources, the marks obtained in the optional subjects of the second year will be counted as the marks of all the subjects of the first year while for the marks improvement of Part-I, the candidates will have to give only the papers of the optional subjects.
Matriculation students will have to submit a mathematics paper along with the optional subjects for the marks improvement while the candidates will have to re-sit the paper for the same subject in which they have failed and the candidates will re-take the examination in case they fail in all the papers of the optional subjects.
After the approval of the Governor of Punjab, the Department of Higher Education issued a new examination policy.
